Setting up [Data logging]

For the basic operations of the ProcItem Setting window, see User's Manual, "Operations of ProcItem Setting Window".

In the Edit Flow window, tap [Data logging].
The ProcItem Setting window is displayed.

In the "Item tab" area, tap [Setting] to set up output data.

In the "Item tab" area, tap [Output format] to specify the format used to output to storage.

Tap [OK].
After confirmation, the ProcItem Setting window will be closed.
In the "Control" area, check "Output" in [Test Measurement setting] to enable output, and perform measurement.
