Setting up [Edge Position]

Set up Edge position with the following steps.

Tap [Edge position] in the Edit Flow window.
The ProcItem Setting window is displayed.

In the "Item tab" area, tap [Region setting] and specify the measurement region.

In the "Item tab" area, tap [Edge color] to specify the reference color to be detected as the edge.
[Edge Color - for Color Cameras Only (Edge Position)]
In the "Item tab" area, tap [Measurement] and specify the judgement condition for OK.

Important
- After setting up the measurement, changing the output parameters will cause measurement results to vary accordingly. If the output parameters have been changed, re-specify the measurement, too.
Tap [OK].
After confirmation, the ProcItem Setting window will be closed.
Perform a measurement test.

When NG is displayed, please verify measurement results and make Adjust if necessary.
