Additional Description
When 1 logging containing 9 or above value is output
Up to 8 Value can be output with one [Data logging] Processing Item. When 1 logging containing 9 or above value is output, the following setup should be performed.
- Registers two or more [Data Logging] units in one scene.(*1)
- The setup of [File name] of [Data logging] should be identical.(*2)
- Outputs the record separator (CR+LF) at the end of each data output.(*3)
Example) When outputting the Coordinate of the 12 points which are obtained through 2 "Search" as one logging when you measure the sequence of the substrates.
