[Measurement (3D Search)]

Specify the judgement condition for measurement results. Measurement conditions can be changed in order to address unstable measurement results or to increase the processing speed. For judgement conditions, specify the criteria to judge the coordinates (X, Y, Z) of the measurement results and their corresponding measurement values on the model as OK.
  1. In the "Item tab" area, tap [Measurement].
  2. In the "Measurement condition" area, tap [...] of "Candidate LV" and input values.
The value can also be adjusted by tapping [<] and [>].

    Description
    Candidate LV
    0 to 100
    [70]
Specify the threshold value with which to detect candidate points in a rough search. Specify a smaller value when model search results are unstable.
  3. When the setting has been changed, tap [Measure] in the Detail area to verify whether measurements can be made correctly.

After the measurements, the results are reflected on the values in the "Judgement condition" area.
  4. In the "Judgement condition" area, tap [...] and input a value for each item.

    Note
    • The values displayed in the individual fields are the measurement results of the displayed image. Take these values into consideration to determine the upper and lower limits.

    Lower
    [-99999.9999] to 99999.9999
    Measure Y
    Upper
    -99999.9999 to [99999.9999]
Specify the range of Y-axis shifting that is judged to be OK.

    Measure Z
    Upper
    -99999.9999 to [99999.9999]
Specify the Z-axis shifting range to be judged as OK.

    Search angle
    Upper
    -180 to [180]
Specify the range of angles that are judged to be OK.
    Lower
    [-180] to 180
    Correlation 0 (Note 1)
    Upper
    0 to [100]
Specify the range of correlation values that are judged to be OK.
    Lower
    0 to 100
    [60]
    Correlation 1 (Note 1)
    Upper
    0 to [100]
Specify the range of correlation values that are judged to be OK.
    Lower
    0 to 100
    [60]
    Correlation 2 (Note 1)
    Upper
    0 to [100]
Specify the range of correlation values that are judged to be OK.
This value can only be set when three cameras are connected.
    Lower
    0 to 100
    [60]
    Margin 1
    Upper
    0 to [99999.9999]
Allowable deviation for camera 1 relative to camera 0. Specify the allowable value for the relative camera shift that may occur after 3D coordinates are set.
    Margin 2
    Upper
    0 to [99999.9999]
Allowable deviation for camera 2 relative to camera 0. Specify the allowable value for the relative camera shift that may occur after 3D coordinates are set.
    Accuracy
    Upper
    0 to [99999.9999]
Specify this item only when three cameras are connected. Specify the allowable difference when the same coordinates are measured with both camera 0+1 and camera 0+2.
[Note 1]: When the Correlation value of the measurement result is 0, the judgement result will be NG regardless of the Measurement settings.
For the subsequent operations, see Setting up [3D Search].
