[Measurement (Search)]

Specify the judgement condition for measurement results. Specify the criteria to judge the measurement result if its X and Y coordinates and its correlation with the model are OK.

In the "Item tab" area, tap [Measurement].

In the "Measurement condition" area, specify a value for each item.

Tap [...] for "Candidate LV", and specify a value. The value can also be adjusted by tapping [<] and [>].

Setting Item	Set Value [Factory Default]	Description
Sub-pixel	Checked [Unchecked]	Specify whether or not to perform measurement with sub-pixel interpolation. Sub-pixel processing achieves higher accuracy, but slows down measurement processing. For sub-pixels, see User's Manual, "Terminology".
Candidate LV	0 to 100 [70]	Specify the threshold value with which to detect candidate points in a rough search. Specify a smaller value when model search results are unstable.

When the setting has been changed, tap [Measure] in the "Detail" area to verify whether measurements can be made correctly.

In the "Judgement condition" area, tap [...] and input a value for each item.

Note

The values displayed in the individual fields are the measurement results of the displayed image. Take these values into consideration to determine the upper and lower limit values.

Correlation[Note 1]	Lower	0 to 100 [60]

[Note 1]: When the Correlation value of the measurement result is 0, the judgement result will be NG regardless of the Measurement settings.
