Measurement Parameters (Focus)

Measurement parameters can be changed as needed to address unstable focus values.

In the item tab area, tap [Measurement].
In the "Display" area, tap [Change display] to switch between camera image types.
(Re-measurement images are not shown on the setting window.)

The image that was scanned in the immediately preceding measurement is displayed.
Set the focus value.
The focus value is displayed chronologically in real time in the graph area.
Set up the judgement condition.
