"Processing Item List Manual" describes the processing items required for measurement. Processing items can be classified as follows according to the description of each process. Please select the required locations according to the measurement contents.

After a series of measurements are done, you can specify the format for how to output those measurement results to external devices.

After completing a series of measurements, you can make other settings related to the display of the results, such as displaying measurement results with judgements (OK/not OK) and displaying detection points.
