Key Points for Adjustment

Select the adjustment method referring to the following points.
When the measurement results are unstable
When non-existent defects are detected around the boundary
Parameter to be adjusted
Remedy
Model Registration
Uncheck" Boundary inspection".
Measurement parameter
Set "Labeling" as the "Inspection".
When noise is detected as defects/defects cannot be detected
Parameter to be adjusted
Remedy
Diff. image disp.
Adjust "Difference".
Measurement object near plain area

Uncheck "Normalization".
When the processing speed is slow
